Blake Wilson is the Senior Partner who manages the sourcing of human resources that clients identify are required to assist them in improving specialised areas of their business. Blake is a career business consultant who has many years experience in assisting businesses improve their profits through increased efficiency. Blake manages the quality delivery of all our projects that are implemented under the Action Management System.

Richard Burley is the Senior Partner who manages the technology components of the Action Management System. Richard has a deep knowledge of business improvement and management systems and he facilitates the entire implementation of AMS in client sites and is also responsible for user and Associate training and certification.
