Action Management Solutions is a group of like-minded experienced senior managers who recognise that the majority of our lives are spent either at work or at home. The AMS process is implemented by individuals via individual and group coaching workshops together with an operational computer system (the AMS Navigator). Assistance is provided by our consultants or by a certified AMS Associate.

• Action Management for your Household is a "do-it-yourself" system that is used by the "household manager" as a method for a family to "take control" of the managing of their home environment. Running a household has many similar characteristics to managing a business. Our approach is to provide a "do-it-yourself" kit that provides the family with a step-by-step “how to” process. This systematic approach enables better "life-style balance" to be obtained between home and work life and helps to create a more organized and harmonious environment in which to live.

These two methodologies are not only "what to do" but are also "how to do it".
The "what" of each of these systems is summarised in book form (see books), and the "how"  is provided by complete implementation systems. Each system provides a simple "process of management" that helps in improving the performance of each environment.
