QUESTION: How much does the Action Management System cost for me to implement in my business?

There are two approaches to implementing AMS in your business, either the facilitated by one our certified AMS Associates, or the "Do-it-yourself" approach.
(1) Associate Facilitated is the fastest and most professional AMS implementation, but your initial expense will be a little higher. However to offset this higher initial expense you need to consider that your organisational management benefits will also cut in earlier so your early savings will be greater. Typically this Associate-driven implementation (only available within Australia/NZ at this time) costs approximately AUS$6,000 for the first month, plus 3 months coaching at approximately AUS$3,500 per month (dependent of course on the speed of implementation). The Associate-facilitated implementation is therefore firmly in place within six months at an approximate total cost of about AUS$18,000 (plus GST). Any travel expenses of our Associates are charged "at cost" as incurred at economy rates.
(2) The "Do-it-yourself" approach is lower cost but will normally take longer (12 months is our average estimate). An AMS Product License allows us to issue usernames and passwords that enables either single-user or multi-user implementation of the full AMS together with in-built help and implementation instructions. All AMS-DIY fees include an AMS license that covers a specified number of shared AMS users for your business. The license fee can be as low as AUS$2,600 (for a 20 employee business). These fees exclude GST but include one hour of online introduction to AMS by an authorised AMS Associate. Remote online supervision of one hour per week is also optionally provided, using Skype VoIP and YuuGuu Desktop sharing tools, and charged at AUS$500 per month. So a minimum one-off cost of implementing the AMS-DIY (including support) for a practical implementation would likely average out to AUS$600 (+GST) per month over a six month period.

QUESTION: Can I "try before I buy"?

No. However we do provide comprehensive demonstrations using the following;
(1) a link to a demonstration version of the Excel AMS-E system,
(2) a link to an implementation tour of the Internet AMS-C system, and
(3) a link to a demonstration version of the Internet AMS-C.

QUESTION: Do I need to buy any special computers or software to run AMS?

No, provided that you run Microsoft Office 2002 or later. The single-user version of the AMS Navigator has been structured as a completely secure Excel application. However to use the full Internet multi-user version of the AMS Navigator you should also have a high-speed connection to the Internet and a Microsoft-compatible Internet browser.
