For a
fixed price of AUD $3,000 Action Management Solutions (or
one of our certified AMS Associates) will work with you over two
consecutive days to create the unique business DNA for
your organisation.
This will
require two 4-hour workshops and the time of the CEO and a few key
managers. These workshops will be facilitated by Action Management
Solutions or one of our certified Associate. The outputs from these
workshops will be the business DNA of your organisation which will
incorporate a risk analysis of your business.
The
output from these workshops is a real sub-set of a
full Action Management System however the first DNA is created using
a discrete free-standing Excel tool rather than the full online AMS
system. If you subsequently choose to proceed with a full AMS
implementation then a license is signed and the business DNA that
has been developed is imported into the integrated online
Internet-AMS.
On completion of these DNA Workshops our clients
are provided with a FREE single user Excel-AMS License that includes
their own business DNA that was generated from the introductory
workshops.
The
complete integrated system is only available to multi-user
Internet-AMS licensees.
