The Action Management System (AMS) continues to progress well and this newsletter is an update for our AMS Associates on some recent developments.

Welcome to our new AMS Associates

Three new Associates have joined our network in the past month.
George Souris has joined us in Brisbane.
Scott Jones has joined us in Sydney.
John Walker has also joined us in Sydney.
Their contact details and profiles are posted on the AMS website and we wish them success in their embracing of AMS into their consulting practices.
Do not hesitate to contact them if you think that you could use their services as sub-contractors to your clients.

Including our Excel AMS Licensees

We have also copied this newsletter to the CAD Partner licensees of our Excel AMS.
Our purpose is simply to keep our network informed of AMS progress and suggest that it is now time for these associates to consider upgrading to an Internet AMS License. John Troughton will be giving an update at the CAD Partner Conference in Christchurch next month but if you are not planning to attend then perhaps you may wish to contact the undersigned to discuss this further.

New referral incentive for Associates

We have now formalised an incentive program for existing Associates who refer new Associates into our network. Associates will receive 15% commission on the monthly Associate License fee of every new Associate that they introduce.

New updates to AMS material

• We have released a "lite" version of the Excel AMS for use by associates in DNA and Improvement Audit client workshops. This enables consultants to conduct their workshops and to provide the output in a FREE version of AMS. Copies can be downloaded by Associates from www.ban.amshost.biz

• The AMS CEO brochure has been updated.

• A new Business DNA brochure has been released.

• A new AMS Operational Guide has been released.

• As all Associates are given "Administrator Access" to all of their client AMS systems, we have published an 11-page AMS Administrator Guide to help in the administration of a client AMS. This document should also be give to a Client Administrator as a part of their training.

• New one-page samples of AMS outputs have been released.

• John Troughton has published a 4-page non-sales paper on Management Transparency for a national publication.

Personal Web Page for Associates

We have now created a personal hosted area for each Associate on our Internet Server. Each associate has secure access to their own webpage and can update the content of their personal webpage at any time using any Web editing tool (e.g. Microsoft FrontPage). Each Associate can also upload and host their own documents or reports (in fact any document) for their clients, prospects or colleagues to download.

Online access to this Personal Webpage is provided either direct from a URL address, or by clicking on the Associate's name within the Action Management via the "Associates Network" page.

The first Associate to use this new facility is John Walker, so to see an example of how this personalized page works, either click on John's name here or on our website link below and go to the Associate Network page.

Just let me know if you want to utilise this service and I will set it up for you. You may already have FTP software to upload your files to the Internet, however if you don't then I recommend that you purchase Web-drive Software (only costs about $50) to permit easy access to your secure AMS Internet area from your own computer.
